CartWorks was hired to create an outdoor cart program at Church Street Station in downtown Orlando in 1999. This was an outdoor area surrounded by retail shops. CartWorks created the program from scratch creating a program that was right for the area. CartWorks successfully managed this program until it was sold in 2002.
