The Metropolitan Shops at Prince George’s Plaza, in Hyattsville, Maryland is a unique outdoor center that is directly off the Metro. Thousands of people walk daily from the Metro to the surrounding businesses and retail shops.

CartWorks was hired to launch a specialty leasing program in the area of these commuters. CartWorks analyzed the market, set rates for the carts, identified cart locations, worked with the manufacturer coordinating construction and delivery of the units, determined program guidelines and merchandising criteria, and successful launched the program.

CartWorks continues to manage this program and since opening the program in October 2007 the program has been fully leased.
